Jackpot 365

Jackpot365 is an optional progressive jackpot game played alongside, but separately to, eligible Casino games. Participation is optional and does not affect the outcome of the game being played. You can opt in and out of Jackpot365 at any time.

An eligible Jackpot365 game is one where the Jackpot365 console is visible. A selection of eligible slots is displayed on site.

To be eligible to win a Jackpot365 prize, click ‘Opt in’ on the in-game panel of an eligible game. Once opted in, an additional $0.20 will be used from your account balance for each hand, spin, or round played, on top of your base game stake. This is the Jackpot Stake Amount.

Jackpot365 wins are triggered randomly on qualifying rounds. Jackpot winnings will be credited automatically to your withdrawable balance. There may be a delay in winnings being paid out if two or more jackpots are won close together. Larger jackpot payouts may require additional verification checks to be carried out before winnings can be withdrawn.

You may opt out at any time from Jackpot365 at the bottom of the eligible game’s in-game panel, or any other area on the site that contains the Jackpot365 console. If you have opted out, you will not be eligible to win a jackpot unless you opt in again.

The jackpot is a progressive jackpot, meaning a portion of every Jackpot Stake Amount is added to the jackpot total. If a game allows multiple stakes in a single round, only one Jackpot Stake Amount contributes for that round.

Eighty-five percent (85%) of the Jackpot Stake Amount is added to the jackpot prize-pool. Of that 85%, four point two five percent (4.25%) is reserved for future jackpot prize-pools (the “Reserve”). This allocation generates a total theoretical return to player of eighty-five percent (85%).

One of three jackpots can be won at any time (Grand, Major, Minor), which each offer a different prize value as displayed on the in-game panel. Relevant contributions from the Jackpot Stake Amount, as defined above, are divided across three tiers as follows; Grand: 50%, Major 25%, Minor: 10%.

The initial amount of the three jackpots will be as follows; Grand: $633.33, Major: $31.67, Minor: $3.80. Whenever a jackpot is won, it will re-seed at the same amount as the initial amount.

Jackpot winners are selected at random and not as a result of any specific outcome from the game being played.

All Jackpot365 wins will be verified by our internal validation process. If a jackpot is won shortly after a previous jackpot win, there may be a delay in the in-game panel displaying the new jackpot prize amount(s).

There is no upper limit to Jackpot365 values, and the jackpot will continue to increase as all players play eligible games and contribute via Jackpot Stake Amounts, until a winner is selected at random. There is no set number of jackpots that will be won in a given timeframe, and no set time by which jackpots will be won.

The current value of the jackpot can be seen on the in-game panel of the eligible game and on the Jackpot365 banner.

If the value of your stake and Jackpot Stake Amount combined would exceed staking limits for the jurisdiction in which you are playing, then the Jackpot Stake Amount will not be applied and you will not be eligible to win a jackpot prize for that round. While you are opted in, bets placed using bonus funds, golden chips or free spins will also deduct the $0.20 Jackpot Stake Amount from your player balance and be eligible to win a jackpot prize.

All jackpot wins are subject to verification and any decisions as to eligibility or any wins (including the amount thereof) are final. bet365 is not liable for technical, hardware or software failures or any unavailable or lost network connections which may result in incorrect information being displayed, or affect a player’s ability to take part in Jackpot365.

In the event Jackpot365 is decommissioned and bet365 is in possession of player jackpot contributions, bet365 shall distribute any remaining funds to previously participating players and provide users with reasonable notice of the planned decommission. In the event the jackpot funds are transferred to a new Jackpot, bet365 shall determine the total amount of player contributed jackpot funds remaining in its possession, transfer such funds to the new jackpot and provide users with reasonable notice of the planned transfer.

Without limiting any rights or remedies set forth in the bet365 Terms and Conditions, in the event any technical component(s) associated with the jackpot malfunctions or becomes unresponsive for any reason, any jackpot transaction that fails to process as a result will be voided, any Jackpot Stake Amount deducted from your account balance shall be refunded to you, and you will not be eligible to win a jackpot prize on that hand, spin, or round of the eligible game.

bet365 reserves the right to modify or amend these Rules at any time. By opting in to participate in Jackpot365, you understand and agree to be bound by these Rules. bet365 may modify these Rules, cancel or modify any jackpot, add or remove eligible games, or exclude any individual(s) from participation Jackpot365, in each case, for any reason and in its sole discretion, at any time and without notice.
