Employees, officers and directors of bet365, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.

To participate in the promotion you must open an eligible slot during each promotional period and select the Join button on the in-game pop-up to register.

If you choose Join, you will opt in to the promotion for the duration of that promotional period. You must then bet a minimum of $0.10 on eligible slots to qualify for the mystery prize and the chance to win Spins and cash prizes.

If you choose 'No Thanks' on the pop-up, you will still have the opportunity to participate in the promotion the next time you open an eligible slot. If you choose 'No Thanks' and 'Don't show this again' on the pop-up, you will not be given the option to participate in the promotion again.

To be eligible to win a prize, the mystery prize must open while in the player's possession. Possession of the mystery prize will be transferred to an eligible player who is actively playing on any of the eligible slots. Actively playing for the purpose of this promotion is defined as playing a minimum of one spin every 30 seconds.

If the mystery prize does not open while in the player’s possession and reveal a prize, the mystery prize will then be transferred to another player at the end of the possession period.

There is no limit to the number of times the same player may receive a mystery prize, or to the number of prizes a player may win from those available. You will be given the opportunity to Accept or Decline your Spins after you select the in-game pop-up to reveal the prize.

Spins must be accepted within seven days. Any unused Spins will be removed along with any winnings accrued within seven days of claiming. To accept your Spins you must open any eligible slot and select Accept. In order to use your Spins, press the 'Spins' button in-game.

Cash prizes will be credited to your account instantly and will be credited to your withdrawable cash balance. There is no betting requirement attached to cash prizes.

In the event of the Spins or cash not being credited automatically, it may take up to 72 hours from the end of the promotional period for your Spins or cash to be credited.

Users must hold a bet365 account that is eligible for this promotion in order to participate.

All customer promos are limited to one per person. If bet365 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the bonus or promo is being claimed by or for the benefit of the same person more than once or by a group of people then it may withdraw the availability of any promo or all promos to that customer or group of customers and/or void any bet funded by the bonus and remove any winnings from such bet.

There is no betting requirement attached to the cash or spins prizes. Cash prizes can be withdrawn at your discretion. Upon completion of Spins, any winnings accrued can be withdrawn at your discretion.

Where any term of the promo is breached or there is evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments or any other promotional results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 may reclaim the bonus or enhanced payment element of such promo, void any bet funded through the promo and/or remove any winnings from such bet. In addition, where there is evidence of such activity, bet365 may levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the bonus or enhanced payment towards the administrative costs incurred in identifying and taking action against that activity.

In an attempt to combat fraudulent activity, bet365 has introduced methods to detect and prevent abuse of this promo. bet365 may ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation and/or verification steps for it, acting reasonably, to be satisfied as to the customer's identity prior to crediting any promo, bonus funds and/or winnings to their account.
